The Inside Leadership Coaching and Mentoring programme is a modular system ideal for managers with significant responsibility for coaching and mentoring as part of their day-to-day role, Or, for those planning to start a career as a freelance coach and mentor.
The programme is made up of three two-day modules and two tutorial sessions. A Learning Journal will be introduced for coaching practice between modules.
There are three mandatory units in each qualification:
For the Certificate, learners need to demonstrate their ability to plan, deliver and mentor in the workplace, and review at least 18 hours of coaching with a maximum of 3 coaches, and 54 hours with a maximum of 9 coaches.
For the Diploma, there is an extended study period to include 100 hours coaching and mentoring, with multiple clients, and there is an added focus on using supervision and reflective review to develop individual practice.
