We aim to enhance or develop the knowledge and skills of managers, leaders, coaches, mentors or entrepreneurs
Although ILM Development programmes are not qualifications, the ILM have evaluated all aspects of programme delivery. On completion of their programme, students receive an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Development certificate.
Generally the courses are suitable for coaches, trainers, managers, directors, entrepreneurs, personnel staff, management consultants, psychologists and/or other professionals who wish to learn more about coaching and/or management development. However, participants also include those interested in a career change.
On completion of their course students receive an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Development certificate.
Certificates are issued by the Centre for Coaching to delegates who meet the attendance requirements for each programme. On completion of the ILM Approved Development Programme delivered by Bruck Payne Associates Ltd we will notify the ILM.
Our development programmes and courses may vary in length. These courses form the modules from the Inside Leadership Professional Development Programmes.
