Inside Leadership Coaching in the Workplace Programme

Coaching Session
The Inside Leadership Coaching in the Workplace programme is a modular system ideal for first line managers/team leaders who have some management responsibilities but no formal training.

Coaches are not experts in all areas of business; they are experts in the use of behavioural change tools and techniques. Coaches are a resource. They can assess the needs of the organisation as well as the individual.  Then drawing from their coaching skills base and aexperience they provide individual’s with the necessary resources to enable them to meet their stated goals.

The programme is made up of three modules from which the individual can choose all or some. A Learning Journal will be introduced for coaching practice between modules.
