Josie nominated for Businesswoman of the Year!

Bruck Payne’s managing director Josie Payne nominated for prestigious Businesswoman of the Year 2019 Award.

Women’s Business Club is a respected national network of high calibre businesswomen who are either business owners or working at a senior level within an organisation. With a membership of over 6,000 senior women, WBC’s mission is to help women succeed in their professional lives through empowerment, support and the collective experience of the membership. Since its inception in 2013, it has held many awards in different categories, including the highly prized Businesswoman of the Year award. This award is given to someone who has ‘talked the talk’ and ‘walked the walk’, having proved that is the very best of the best and achieved significant success in the business world.

In WBC’s own words, the winner will be a truly exceptional woman who stands head and shoulders from the rest.

Bruck Payne Associates is delighted that its founder and managing director Josie Payne has been nominated for this prestigious award, and her team is confident that she more than meets the stringent criteria of the competition.

Following 20 years’ working at senior and board-level in FMCG and pharmaceuticals, Josie founded Bruck Payne Associates in 2000 to fulfil her lifelong passion for developing people’s potential. In the ensuing 19 years, she has created unique learning environments to further develop skills, discover unknown talents and help people to add value to themselves and their organisations.

She is a skilled leadership coach and developer, helping clients to understand the qualities required to enable corporate vision to be achieved through coaching, mentoring, facilitating and use of recognised development tools. Josie leads national executive coaching and mentoring groups for CEOs and MDs, and in 2010 instigated the Bringing Performance Alive in Education Programme at sixth form level, which continues today and goes from strength to strength.

Under Josie’s leadership, her consultancy works with private and public sector clients, numerous police forces, blue-chip companies and the voluntary sector.

Her team at BPA, clients and those who know Josie personally wish her every success to win this award.
