On 16th June, Josie attended the Leadership Network Day hosted by the Centre for Leadership Studies, part of the business school at Exeter University.
Four CPD days are run at the University per year, with themed workshops based around areas within business such as cross sector partnership working and leadership in the context of human resources.
The way was based around the idea of a “knowledge exchange” with a range of speakers in the world of business speaking on topics such as leadership, social networking and employability.
Josie spoke on the subject of using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator with young people, as done in our Bringing Performance Alive programme, in partnership with schools across the country.
Josie had a wonderful time at the business school and was honoured to have been asked to attend the day. She looks forward to working with Exeter University’s business school in the future.
