The level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management are ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. They particularly support team leaders and junior managers, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

Attendance
Your learning will be a combination of online material and tutorials augmented by case studies, self-directed research and a number of taught sessions in the form of study days. This method of learning allows for personalised, flexible study and the opportunity to work with your tutor and share experiences and ideas with fellow students
