Josie has 20 years experience in the FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices industry where as a board director of Beiersdorf UK Ltd she was responsible for maximising revenue and profitability.  Her particular expertise and passion lies in the area of people and organisational development. With a philosophy that an organisation can only reach it’s full potential through developing and motivating its people.

In 2000 Josie started her own Business Consultancy Bruck Payne Associates in Royal Wootton Bassett.

Building on a passion for developing people’s potential, Josie works to create a learning environment that enables individuals to develop existing skills and discover unknown talents; and by doing so add value to the organisation and themselves.

In the area of leadership development, Josie has helped clients understand the leadership qualities required to enable them to realise their company vision, and provided coaching, facilitation and tools such as 360° appraisal to encourage and develop their leadership qualities in line with corporate values.

How I work

Using tools and techniques such as C.B.T, Myers Briggs, 16 PF Personality Profile, Emotional Intelligence, Situational Leadership, Hogan BRIGHT & DARK side of personality and Action Learning she has worked at all levels to help improve the effectiveness of individuals, teams and inter-dependent teams, providing coaching on a one to one basis and facilitating group workshops.

Josie currently leads The Artemis Forum for women who aspire to be business leaders. She has coached and facilitated executive, director and middle management teams to manage the introduction of major new cultural change programmes as well as the implementation of Values into realistic behaviours that organisations rigorously adopt into every aspect of business life.

Rachael Fernandez

Rachael has 10 years experience in Learning and Development in Industry. As a Director at Bruck Payne Associates Ltd, Rachael’s particular expertise and passion lies in the area of people and organisational development. With a philosophy that an organisation can only reach it’s full potential through developing and motivating its people.

Building on a passion for developing people’s potential, Rachael works to create a learning environment that enables individuals to develop existing skills and discover unknown talents; and by doing so add value to the organisation and themselves.

In the area of leadership development, Rachael helps clients understand the leadership qualities required to enable them to realise their company vision, and provided coaching, facilitation around tools such as Myers Briggs Personality Profiling and Executive Coaching to encourage and develop their leadership qualities in line with corporate values.

Rachael attended the University West of England in 2001, excelling in Marketing, Quantative Analysis and Human Resource Management. Following University Rachael was recruited by The Royal Bank of Scotland, developing her skill set by working in varied parts of the business. She found that her natural work preference leaned towards human resources and recruitment and was subsequently appointed to a position in recruitment and resourcing for clients such as Coutts Bank and the International Wealth Management sectors.

Rachael left the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2005 and joined Bupa Individual Protection. Within this new role she became an accredited Bupa Train the Trainer and part of the Learning and Development Team, facilitating workshops for internal staff, developing fundamental skills in coaching and mentoring and working within the recruitment and interviewing team. In developing these skill sets her abilities were recognised as demonstrating leadership qualities and was submitted for the fast track internal leadership programme.
In 2008 Rachael took a career break to re assess where she wanted to take her next steps in developing her portfolio of expertise. It was then that she was appointed as a Director for Bruck Payne Associates Ltd. She identified a need to be recognised within her industry and completed both the Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching with Human Technics accredited at ILM Level 7 and her Myers Briggs Practitioners Qualification with OPP Ltd.

As a Director of Bruck Payne Associates heading up HR, Operations and Marketing and as a qualified coach and facilitator Rachael has developed coaching techniques and styles that have had significant effects on the performance of individuals and therefore on organisational success.

Lydia Ponting

Lydia Ponting joined Bruck Payne Associates Ltd on a work experience placement from Royal Wotton Bassett Academy in September 2014.

Bruck Payne Associates were so impressed with Lydia’s work ethic and commitment that Lydia was invited to join the company on a part time basis throughout her school leave periods.

Lydia went on to achieve 2 A’s and an A* in her A Level qualifications including Psychology and was accepted into Surrey University in September 2015 to study a BA in Psychology.

Lydia now continues to work with Bruck Payne Associates when she is not in attendance at University.
